View source for drupal 7 enabling clean urls

* Clean URLs test failing on drupal 7.21 on a gentoo installation
* mod_rewrite and .htaccess files and all apache configs are OK

In my case the drupal clean url test was falsely reporting that the server could not support the feature.  How to get around this can be found in the '''Clean-Urls Test - False Negatives''' section under [https://drupal.org/getting-started/clean-urls].  I missed this detail when reading it and it took me some time to figure it out. 

== Solution ==

Skip the Clean Urls test by visiting the Clean Urls admin page directly at

 http://example.com/admin/config/search/clean-urls

Just paste the above into your browser address bar and of course... replace example.com with your domain.
