Have an application rendered where the title bare is off the screen and you can't move it? You cant click on the window title bar because you cant reach it with your mouse?

Solution: use the default openbox hotkeys to move the app.

1) bring the app to the foreground by clicking it on your taskbar or selecting it with alt-tab

2) simultaneously hit alt + space and you should receive an openbox menu

3) select Move and reposition your app
