on some jetway bios menus, I had trouble locating the setting for the be powered on after a failure. A needed setting if you want to use your jetway as a little server like I was.
bios setup
first, find and disable ERP
then, go to
chipset >> southbridge >> ??? (power setting in here)
On other jetways, it is right under the ERP
or Power Management >> ERP Function >> Disabled (set to disabled)
