tinyproxy startup failing

Problem: tinyproxy failing to start on gentoo. Status showed crashed immediately after attempting to start. Nothing significant in tinyproxy log file. 

# /etc/init.d/tinyproxy start
* Starting tinyproxy ... [ok]
# /etc/init.d/tinyproxy status 
* status: crashed

Solution: 

mkdir /run/tinyproxy && chown tinyproxy:tinyproxy /run/tinyproxy
